Exploring Nonfiction: Reading in the Content Areas is an exciting new program that helps students develop nonfiction reading skills and strategies in science, social studies, language arts, and mathematics. It provides a supportive, well-structured environment for reading informational text that is challenging, but not frustrating. The high-interest reading materials are presented in small doses, so students can stay focused and improve their reading and comprehension skills.
Level 2 includes a Teacher Resource Notebook (in English), Lesson Plan Notebook (in English), 60 Activity Cards translated in Spanish, 60 overhead transparencies of the Spanish Cards, and Resource CD-ROM.
