Eugenia Mora-Flores, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor at the University of Southern California, specializing in first- and second- language acquisition and literacy development. She serves as the coordinator of the bilingual and cross-cultural program.
Timothy Rasinski, Ph.D.
Timothy Rasinski, Ph.D., Kent State University, is the author of numerous books and articles on reading education. He is a frequent presenter nationwide. His research on fluency is cited by the National Reading Panel.
Eric LeMoine, M.Ed.
