Science Readers

Science Readers were designed to build literacy through science content in Grades 4-8. Developed in partnership with Sally Ride Science, this program helps support instruction, prepares students for science testing, and promotes content-area literacy. Each kit includes 16 high-interest paired readers with a common lab activity 8 topic books written at a Grade 5 reading level and 8 related biographies written at a Grade 4 reading level. The multiple reading levels make this resource perfect for differentiated instruction.
