Deanne R. Mendoza, M.B.A., is proud to represent Teacher Created Materials as Co-Owner and Executive Vice President. 

For the past 13 years, Deanne has worked tirelessly to ensure the California-based company continues its legacy of producing quality resources in the best interest of teachers and students - always.

Deanne's commitment to talent-acquisition, strategic partnerships, advocacy, new business and communication excellence has changed the face of TCM's sales staff and community footprint.

She champions partnerships across the organization and manages the International, Business-to-Business, Library and new market channels.

Deanne thrives on driving new opportunities within the organization and across the globe. With just under 200 employees, her commitment to finding, training, and valuing her staff enhances TCM's vision "to create a world in which children love to learn."

She is an active member in The Center for Family Business at California State University at Fullerton and University of Southern California.

Deanne also oversees TCM's distribution to charitable organizations across the country.

Her work has resulted in recognition in the industry by being nominated to sit on the board of the American Association of Publishers PreK–12 Learning Group.

She was also recently recognized as Woman of the Year by California Assemblymen, Travis Allen.

Prior to joining Teacher Created Materials, Deanne worked for Coca-Cola North American. She was an Instructor of Business Communication at the University of Southern California in the Marshall School of Business. Deanne also worked in a K–2 ELL class in Irvine, California, interacting directly with students and piloting TCM products. While in college, Deanne had the opportunity to work for the Los Angeles Host Committee for the Democratic National Convention and in the office of then Mayor, Richard J. Riordan.

Deanne earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California's Annenberg School of Communication, graduating as a Renaissance Scholar with minors in Business and Engineering. She continued her education at USC, obtaining a Master's of Business Administration.
