We are looking for experienced, engaging educators to provide professional learning services to a variety of education stakeholders (including teachers, administrators, paraprofessionals, and caregivers) nationwide. This is a freelance, per diem position.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- At least 7-10 years of classroom teaching experience.
- Extensive experience in preparing and delivering motivating and pedagogically-sound professional development.
- Expertise across multiple grade levels, content areas, and instructional strategy methods.
- The ability to provide one-on-one coaching and modeling.

Step 2: Once we’ve reviewed your initial submission, a Zoom interview with TCM’s Vice President of Professional Learning will be scheduled.
Step 3: Observe a TCM professional learning workshop.
Step 4: Co-present a TCM professional learning workshop with a member of TCM’s Professional Learning team.
Step 5: Independently present a TCM professional learning workshop.
*Videos must demonstrate your presenting ability as it relates to providing professional development to educators, NOT students. Videos should be a minimum of 15 minutes and no more than 60 minutes in length. Videos can be provided through any digital link (i.e. Dropbox, YouTube, etc.).
