Erica Bowers

Erica Bowers, Ed.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Reading Department at California State University, Fullerton (CSUF). She received her Doctor of Education degree from the University of Southern California. Dr. Bowers is the Director of the CSUF Reading Center, where she guides graduate students in their work with struggling readers. She has coauthored two articles focusing on academic English and reading motivation. She is a former elementary school teacher and reading specialist.
