Many of our authors love to connect with their readers. If you are interested in having an author visit your event, please complete the request an author visit form below.

While we cannot guarantee the availability of specific authors, we will do our best to match an author to your event type.

Please tell us about your event so we can connect you with an author. Your request will be forwarded to an author for all communication. Be sure to allow at least 2 months' notice for any requests.

Can I request an author to come to my event?

Is there cost associated with requesting an author attend my event?

There may be associated costs depending on the author, the event length, and if travel is required. Any potential costs would be discussed and agreed upon prior to the event.

What if my event is outside of the United States?

Most Free Spirit authors are based in the United States. Any travel outside of the United States for in-person events would need to be arranged for with the author and all associated costs for travel covered.
