Role of District Admin

A District Administrator (District Admin) manages the entire school district, adding schools, School Admins, and distributing licenses. Multiple district admins can be created, with one selected as the "Primary Admin."

The main duties of a District Admin include:
  • Facilitating rostering and system integration
  • Assigning licenses to schools
  • Accessing and reviewing licensed content
  • Monitoring district-wide performance

Integration and Rostering

The TCM Learning Platform team will partner with your district technical administrator to integrate your district’s systems for authentication and rostering.

If your district chooses not to integrate these systems, you can manually upload School, School Admin, Teacher, Class, and Student data. For more information on the manual setup, please contact Customer Support.
